The course part “Billing of implantological services” is also transmitted online. Your dental hygienist has the option of participating in this part of the course free of charge.
Participation in individual modules on request.
Participants can expect a compact, independent, practical and up-to-date curriculum with an experienced, self-researching and finely tuned team of lecturers under the moderation of Professor Dr. Dr. Max Heiland and Dr. Dr. Anette Strunz.Over several weekends, the large field of implantology will be prepared in such a way that, after successful completion of the curriculum, you will be able to treat and provide follow-up care for patients in your practice who are dependent on implantological treatment. To this end, you will learn how to plan and design implantological-prosthetic issues correctly and which implant systems are available to you for this purpose. The anatomical aspects for hard and soft tissue management are taught and special surgical requirements are explained. Certain techniques are learned and applied in many practical exercises. The interfaces to other specialities such as endodontology or periodontology are also highlighted by specialists in the team of lecturers. In addition, the complete tissue and model analysis and planning of the implantation both conventionally and in the digital workflow will also be presented and discussed on the basis of patient cases. Participation in a live operation, which takes place directly in the MKG surgery of the Charité Berlin, rounds off the course series.
