We are looking for reinforcement in our instructor team!

What you can expect from us:
As part of our advanced training to become a ZMP, you will be employed as a course supervisor and instructor. They teach theoretical content and practical skills as part of prophylaxis training.

Your profile:
You should have successfully completed advanced training as a ZMP/ZMF. You already have professional experience in the field of prophylaxis and prevention and enjoy teaching others!

You should know that:
We also regularly work on Saturdays. But then there is a compensation day in the week. We also offer the possibility of working from home on certain assignments. In return, we will of course provide you with a work cell phone and a laptop.

We are looking for a dental hygienist as soon as possible. They are committed to strengthening the team of the Philipp Pfaff Institute and accompany the course participants in the ZMP and DH seminars during their advanced training at the Philipp Pfaff Institute.

As an honorary employee, the focus of your work will be on supporting participants during the practical pre-clinical training as well as providing support during patient treatment.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Participation in the training of course participants in the ZMP and DH seminar in the preclinical area (e.g. teaching of practical skills manual and mechanical instrumentation, supervision of practical exercises on indices and diagnosis, sharpening, probing, photography, rubber dam, fissure sealing)
  • Preparation of content and giving lectures
  • Training and supervision of course participants during patient treatment (clinical training). Teaching practical skills in the context of prophylaxis and periodontitis treatment.
  • Organizational tasks in course supervision and patient treatment.
  • Monitoring of the hygiene area
  • Treatment of patients outside the course hours

Your profile:

  • Completed advanced training as a dental hygienist
  • Release authorization for reprocessing of medical devices
  • Current radiation protection certificate
  • Mind. 1 year work experience
  • Field of interest/work: prophylaxis, periodontology
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken German
  • Confident use of Windows Office programs and familiarity with dental documentation and billing programs.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and having fun teaching others
