Questions and answers about “Online Live Seminars

We use the tool “Zoom” to conduct conference calls, online meetings, video conferences and/or webinars (hereinafter: “Online Live Seminar”). “Zoom” is a service of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. which is based in the USA.

You can still register for online live seminars with us via course exchange, fax or email. Your registration will be processed as soon as possible.

To create a normal learning situation, the use of a webcam and microphone is assumed.

Online Live Seminars in the Virtual Classroom

In order to continue to meet the high demand for training under the prevailing conditions, the Pfaff Institute currently offers courses that are conducted online as live events. Hereby we enable also in this format, the usual exchange with the speakers and participants among themselves.
